      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried unplugging it for a couple of minutes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't help , how do you have it connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
