How can I re start my sky stream online?

Cancelled stream a month ago and it stopped today but I've changed my mind. How can I reinstate it tonight?

Call Sky.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

@MarkGoldsmith already tried that, the lines are closed. Hence why I am trying here.

@1morgs The forum can't get you set back online hence why you've been advised to call, you'll need to call when lines are open again.

@1morgs This is a customer helps customer forum, specific issues need to dealt with by calling Sky. This is one of those cases.

You need to call Sky, it cannot be done online.

@1morgs if you are desperate to access Sky subscriptions channels you could subscribe to NOWTV for a month or BBC, ITV, C4, and C5 channels can be accessed by via their streaming apps😉

I've got the Nowtv app on my Apple TV, not seen bbc, itv, ch4 etc., perhaps not on there

@Steve93 You can add BBC iPlayet, ITVX, Ch4 etc to your Apple TV from the App Store along with loads of others 😀

Sorry I thought you meant you could watch them via the Nowtv app, but it's only Sky isn't it on Now tv

Correct. All the other UK free-to-air channel apps carry live streams of their own channels - BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and My5 for example.

If you purchase the TV Launcher app for Apple TV it gives you an EPG which will open the appropriate app to view a live channel directly, including Sky channels on the NOW app. It's very handy.

Thanks already got Tv Launcher on Apple TV, it's very good use it quilte a lot,

just rang Sky as I only have tv essentials £5 a month they won't let me have Sky Stream, they tried to upgrade me to Sky Signature £29 a month, told them no, my contract ends in July'24 I may ring again & get it on a 30day rolling contract,
