Sky puck wont switch on

When I go to turn on sky puck on power button underneath the puck it doesn't turn on and stays off and no white light comes on after a few switches then after a of pushes on power button it will come on just doent switch on to begin with just doesn't switch on but it seems fine now

@Jonathanphillip Check to make sure you have overnight power saving switched off and networked standby mode switched on.

What does no information being received on sky puck mean on check connections on my sky app no information being received on sky stream puck check all connections not available it reads just want to know it just means there is no info being received on puck when there should be info

Yes it is but when I go to my sky app it will state that info when it's still working

@Jonathanphillip I wouldn't worry about that as long as your stream is doing as it should,i sometimes get that myself

Just done ✔️ your check as you said hopefully it be OK now just switched it again didn't seem to come on after a few minutes and it came on with white light on just takes a little while to load and switch on many thanks 😊
