sky stream puck set up not working

Gone to set up my new sky stream puck in the bedroom and nothing is working. the power loght is on on the sky puck. all the cables (HDMI and Power cable) ar ein properly but nothing is showing on the tv. it just says no signal?

Gone through the SKy Help but still nothing.

Wondering if anyone elase has had the same problem and if youve been able to resolve?

Could anyone let me know please.

I'd suggest either trying a different HDMI cable ( to check if the HDMI cable is dodgy) or try a differe HDMI port in the TV ( if you have more than one).

If you have another TV you can test it on as well, that will help potentially figure out if the issue is with the TV or not.
