Sometimes I manage to get into Sky then it reverts back to this blue screen and the problem starts all over again 😡
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated ☹️

If your puck is connected to the internet via Wifi, i'd suggest plugging in an ethernet cable instead. Then unplug the puck for a couple of minutes, turn it back on and see if it gets further. Once you get to the home screen i'd suggest then going into the Network settings and disabling the Wifi completely.

For a better user experience whilst you are in the settings you may also want to set Networked Standby Mode to ON and overnight power saving mode to OFF. This will improve your experience when you first turn the puck on after long periods of it being in standby.
