Hi,

I would like to know the end date for my Sky Stream contract. Additionally, I recently received an email notifying me of the upcoming end of my broadband contract, with a new price of 26 GBP. Considering my 36-month tenure with Sky, I'm interested to know if there's a possibility of a reduced rate for the broadband service.

Give Sky a ring. They will be able to answer both your questions. We're just fellow customers on here with no access to your account details. Better deals can only really be negotiated by speaking to customer services.
