topic Sky Puck Turns off after activating and won’t restart in Sky Stream

Moved home, have 2 pucks, both wouldn't connect via WiFi. Hardwired one direct to router and after restoring, it connected, allowed me to activate and for about 2 minutes, I could view the Sky programs.

The puck turned itself off and the standby light went to a solid red. Have tried to restore and reconnect but it won't get beyond the Sky logo.
The second puck won't get beyond the restore, Sky logo and constant software updating.

I bought 2 more pucks, as advised by one of the 6 Sky tech guys. One of these activated as above and let me watch a couple of minutes of TV, then turned itself off.

Have spoken to the fibre broadband provider, who suggested the hardwired option, as opposed to the TP Link WiFi.

Neither option works with any of the old or new pucks.

Please help 🙂 This has been a week of Sky problems and it feels no one is able to provide a solution. Thank you 🙏
