    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Stream Puck did an automatic update several days ago and now it isn't working, it'll switch on, the white light will come on, but my TV says there is no input. I've checked all 4 HDMI connection inputs and it is the same on all 4. It was working fine before the update. I've tried going through all the stages in the help to reboot it, etc, but it's made no difference. I'm now paying for a service I'm not getting. Anyone else had this same issue and how did they get it sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
