Sky puck TV while watching, jumps to this standby screen advertising top movies or shows

From day I got sky puck its started!. While watching normal TV channels after few good hours 6 -8 hrs roughly . the channel wud jump to this standby screen advertising movies and shows etc.. information and picture of the shows etc. I thought nothing of it. I Thought it was normal as sky puck was new to me..and out of no where a standby screen showing film and shows advertisements like a standby screen saver!. And just repeats .. then I'd have to put the channel bk on again and find it usually. .. that's from June last year.. Now in the last few days .. today more than ever its jumping every few minutes .. 3 minutes maximum.. and yes I've been through all the settings over and over.. .. everything is off and fine.. no tv off timer not even a standby option to choose.. and nothing about this advertisement standby screen saver!!!... but my tv is turning off now too.. worse today.. and I'm worried if the puck is faulty and its connected to the tv.. and its screwing up my tv now ! Its turning off after 20 mins or less over and over.. and ALL THE SETTINGS ARE FINE AND EITHER OFF OR NON EXISTANT !!! HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME ... OR HAVE EVEN SEEN OR HEARD OF THIS UNIQUE PROBLEM !! TIA 😊

Try unugging the puck for 5 minutes and plugging it back in.

Have you checked your broadband speed? To find out the speed the puck is receiving, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
