Have you tried a reboot of the puck? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power back on and see if that helps.&nbsp;</P><P>Otherwise, a factory reset may be necessary, but there are quite a few other people who are having issues with the Channel 4 app on Glass &amp; Stream and I believe Sky and Channel 4 are trying to work out a proper resolution.
