Sky puck not turning on

Hi anyone know why my Stream Puck will not turn on via the remote control ? i have had a new remote sent out but that is still the same. I have to physically got to the puck and press button or sometimes even have to turn on / off at the wall to make the puck tuen on.

Any help appreciated

It's a known issue that Sky have been investigating for a while now. No timeline for a fix as yet.
