      <title>Sky puck doesn’t work following a power cut</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you turn on the power to the puck it goes through the process of white light then flashing coloured lights then after a few minutes goes to off. The remote has no effect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
