I want to upgrade to Sky Stream but everytime I get directed to Sky Glass.

How can I ugrade to Sky Stream from Sky Q?

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

Be careful of the term 'upgrade.'

Sky Stream is a different service, not necessarily an upgraded service.

Make sure it will meet your viewing needs and that it carries the channels you want as there are less on Stream than there are on Q.

Also I'd look heavily at reviews and feedback online.

As others have mentioned, Stream and Q are very different, so you need to make sure you are 100% confident.
