Hi I have not received my sky stream package as DPD are useless.

If the package is with DPD, all you can do is contact them. What does the tracking information DPD sent you say?

My experience with them certainly match. Never had an issue with DPD and generally find them one of the better couriers for delivering parcels.

Indeed, their tracking via the app is superb and unmatched by any other courier company. They even use fully electric delivery vans in my area. I guess the quality of service can vary in other regions though.

Agree.

DPD tracking is the best out there, plus they have regular is texts and email updates.

Always had good reliable service from DPD.

My recent last week new Sky Stream was delivered next day after I ordered and DPD did a great job.

Had all the emails, texts from Sky and DPD on its progress overnight to my delivery the next day.

MySky app also showed all the tracking details those delivery days, along with what to expect, setup details and what to do next with returning my old Sky Q kit etc.

They use electric vehicles in my area too.

Sure DPD are great when everything works as it should. When you have a problem however, it is impossible to resolve. Yesterday the courier failed to turn up with my sky package. The tracker kept syaing the courier was running late, then it said it had been returned to the depot. My attempts at reaching any form of customer service for help have been unsuccessful. I can't speak to anyone about when it will be sent out again. There has been no reponse from their online contact form, the guidance in the FAQs suggests I contact Sky and Sky suggests I contact DPD. So here I am in no man's land with no working television, unable to leave the house just in case a courier turns up.
