The remote won't turn box on, tried changing the batteries still won't

Tried using a old remote still won't

Try turning the Sky Stream box on using the button on the bottom of the box. Does the remote start responding?

If not try unparing and re-paring the remote:

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds (IR mode).
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow any on-screen instructions.
