@Jullian I see @Phxntomation has already provided you with the link to use for getting a replacement remote. They generally arrive within 3 to 5 days.

In the meantime you might be able to get your working if you try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist back and forth as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine on two occasions).

Also, if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.
