If you have connected via Wifi i'd suggest plugging in an ethernet cable instead, going into the puck's networking settings and disabling the Wifi, then see if that improves things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are connected via ethernet, i'd suggested switching over to Wifi and see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
