Sky stream puck will not connect wps

Just received a new sky stream puck and trying to set it up. Issue with connecting it to wps.

WPS button on router just flashes red. Is the device just faulty? Is this fixable?

When you set up the WiFi on the puck it asks you to choose Sky Broadband or other Provider. It then asks you to select the SSID (name) and enter the password. Not sure if it supports WPS.

When I set my pucks up I entered password for non Sky broadband, so not sure what the sky broadband option does. The password for the WiFi should be on the bottom / back of your router.

It doesn't ask for any details, just to hit the wps on the router so I can only assume its supported.

So just checked a screenshot on the support site and WPS icon is there so should work. You need to select the open "sky broadband cusotmers (other broadband customers can also select this to connect using WPS)"

You should screen this screen. Iwould do this before you press the WPS button on your router.

@mikealanr yeah that screen is exactly what I'm getting but the wps just flashes red and won't connect.

Certain I set up my glass through wps and other puck no problem.

I see there is another option to use WiFi settings instead so might try that later.
