Which password? For your WiFi or for your logon account to Sky? If it's your password for the WiFi, it should be on the bottom / back of your router.

If it's your my sky password. You will need to try the forgotten password link or contact Sky (we are fellow subscribers). See (step 4): https://www.sky.com/help/articles/welcome-to-sky#:~:text=If%20you%27ve%20forgotten%20your,go%2C%20wherever%20you%20are*.

As well as the two passwords mentioned above.

During the setup for Stream, you need to enter a four digit pin ( if this is what you may mean).

It is set a s the last four digits of your mobile number, that you gave to Sky when you ordered Sky Stream.

You can change that pin via Stream later if you wish.
