    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest disabling the WiFi in the stream pucks settings and then connecting via Ethernet and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most issues like this are caused by insufficient WiFi signal strength and stability.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
