Streaming box wont come on Flashes orange

My sky streaming box wont come on at first it's comes on with the sky logo then it do flashes orange I've tried rebooting unplugging and 7n9 and 1n3 with the remote an nothing how do I fix this as I'm getting frustrated with this service already an I'm only a new customer as when my broadband come there was a problem with that too
