The recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Connecting via ethernet and turning off WiFi may provide stability. You can check what speed you are getting at your Sky Stream Puck by opening Netflix scrolling down to notifications and then across to help.
