Can’t get connected to internet sky remote not working

I have plugged Sky stream into back of tv.
on screen: Let's get connected.

it gives 3 options

I am a skybroadband customer and I have pressed but on router - but no connection.
I tried to go down to next option

use Wi-Fi password.

But the remote control is not working to move down to the option; I have pulled out the white tag on the remote.

Help please as am unable to progress with the installation of Sky Stream...

Open the remote and check the tab was fully remove.... some have found that it doesn't all get removed to batteries do not make contact!
