Why does my sky stream keeping switching out of the programme while watching live without warning?

Hi @Chenwoo welcome to the forum. Try rebooting your puck. Simply switch it off at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot. This will often resolve issues like this so good luck 🤞

@Chenwoo What exactly is happening? Is the puck just turning off after a few minutes of you pressing no buttons and you have to press the standby button for it to turn on again?
