      <title>Sky Puck First Startup issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just ordered my sky puck, unboxed it, connected to broadband. The white light is now flashing constantly and the sky logo is on screen and nothing seems to be happening. I have performed the factory reset and switched from a wireless connected to a wired connection and still the box is stuck in this phase. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
