Sleep timer on sky stream keeps resetting to off

I've got sky stream in my bedroom. I tend to fall asleep every night watching TV so have the sleep timer set up. However every day it keeps defaulting to off. How can I permanently have this set to on? Is this a system fault?

I have the opposite problem, Sky, if you're listening. I've turned mine to off, but it keeps randomly turning my box off even if I've used the controls. I can pause the box for just 5 minutes and it'll turn off, and yet other times I can pause for half an hour and it'll stay on. And not just turning box off when paused either. At times it'll just go into standby in the middle of watching a movie. Random .

It depends what content you pause it on. If you pause it on a live TV channel the power saving setting kicks in quicker. If you pause it on a show playing inside one of the catch-up apps, there is a longer time period before the power saving automatic turn off kicks in.
