topic No Wifi Connection in Sky Stream

I've had SKY Stream for about 6 weeks, constantly getting 'No WiFi Connection' when I clearly do have! So I'm paying £35 a month for a 'might work/won't work' product, waste of money, definitely don't get Stream.

@Numan147 if the puck is reporting no connection it smeans the unit has lost the connection to your internet router. If you are using Wifi make sure both the puck and the router are out in the open ie not under other kit, behind the TV etc as that will help. If still stuck you may want to think about using an ethernet cable instead of wifi.

With a decent connection the pucks work well without one they are a nightmare, it is as simple as that.
