No Movie channels

Set up my Sky Stream puc yesterday. I now have no access to the movie channels. Any advice? Also, is there a record option like on the old remote? I cant see it

@NiamhJG Movie channels should be on the EPG, also Stream does not record, you add items to the playlist.

Some channels available on the satellite platforms are not carried on Stream: one frequently mentioned here is Talking Pictures. TCM no longer operates in the UK and RoI on any platform.

Obviously Sky Cinema requires a subscription add-on. Without that, you should see the Great! channels, Movies24 and Film 4.

If you recently added sky cinema package then pull the plug for a few minutes which should update your services

Rebooting Sky Pucks is a standard practice ... Sky Stream subscribers need employ regularly😉
