Sky puck freezes

When using sky puck apps with sky puck remote the tv freezes and the remote buttons don't work, the only buttons that work are the volume and the tv off, you can't switch off the puck, the only way to get the syk stream to work is to switch the power off and on again, but as soon as i use the apps again the puck freezes. Everything works fine if you do not use the apps
