      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky box didn't work last weekend so missed cricket, new sky stream v erratic so a weeks disrupted viewing. Some compensation would be nice as have been a customer since last century!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unlike broadband there's no industry scheme for compensation due to service disruption, and the regulator doesn't require it.&amp;nbsp; You can attempt to negotiate with Sky for a goodwill measure if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang Sky to complain about my dead Stream remote and they gave me a small credit as compensation. As others have said, you need to speak to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
