Recently changed to Sky stream and have been having issues with normal channels like BBC 1, where it starts to skip/freeze for a second or 2. Progressily gets worse and worse, till unwatchable. Any ideas how to resolve.

Hi @Domdom1 @the first thing to test is the internet soeed the stream puck is receiving. To test this open the nextflic app on the puck, go to get help then check your network. This should tell you the download speed. It's worth doing this a few times particularly when you are seeing this problem.

if you are connected via WiFi you should also test connecting via Ethernet to eliminate the stability of the WiFi connection as the issue. When connecting via Ethernet, ensure you go into the stream puck settings and disable the WiFi (if you don't do this it will keep switching back over to WiFi and not use Ethernet so would invalid the test). Once this is done unplug the puck for one minute to reboot it, this is always useful as it ensures the disabling of the WiFi is picked up correctly.
