    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, real problems with Sky stream. Ordered my pucks 16 days ago and haven't arrived. The £79.90 that was taken from my account has not yet been refunded. Sky blamed DPD initially and then claimed, in writing, that delivery was at my "risk" as under section 14 of their T&amp;amp;Cs, it being my responsibility once they had been dispatched (never mind the fact that Sky and/or DPD lost them). 14 hours of what's app "live chat", 10&amp;nbsp;emails and even now a submission to "money claim online" (small claims court) for breach of contract hasn't achieved the delivery nor a refund or re-dispatch. Take care when ordering these as a next day delivery is promised (or 2 days if ordered late in the day) but I'm at 16 days and counting..........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The award-winning Sky Glass gives you the flexibility to playlist your favourite shows across multiple platforms and watch in pixel perfect quality."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thing is... I'm not a Sky customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife was a customer up until recently but that contract finished a while ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
