Apple TV & Disney + not loading

hi there for the last week Apple plus TV and Disney+ have not been loading onto sky stream. I've refreshed the apps and waited for 24 hours. Rebooted the puck and they're still not working. Any advice would be gratefully received

Hi @lorraines2508 what are you actually seeing when opening the Apple TV and Disney apps on the stream puck?

Hi Mark, , when I try to watch either Apple TV or Disney + everything looks fine I can select the film/program it starts to load then the screen goes black and I get the message 'no signal being received' I then have to unplug the puck - plug it back in jut to get the tv on
