topic Finding a programme in Sky Stream

Hi. I'm new to Sky Stream and am finding it increasingly annoying trying to find the shows I want to watch. If I use the voice control and say 'masked singer' or 'love island' for example I get the message 'sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available'. What does that even mean? If I use the TV guide to try to find a programme - I can't find anyway of skipping forward 24 hours or a couple of days to find the programme. It's really annoying. Is anyone able to help? Thanks.

So it's possible the stream puck just needs a reboot, trying turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.

if makes no difference then it's possible the voice search is having trouble hearing nor recognising your voice.

when doing a voice search ensure you are pressing and holding the voice button on the remote and that the top of the remote is close to your face when you are speaking. It's also worth making sure any background noise is kept to a minimum when doing a voice search as any background noise can prevent the voice recognition from working properly.
