ever since I had this stream tv I have not been able to use it so either come out Monday and sort it out or you can have it back

@Flypot60 You're not addressing Sky via the forum, no one will come out as Sky Glass/Stream is a self install system.

Have you called Sky to get help with the setup?

@Flypot60 As you have already been advised the Sky Glass TV is self install. The setup instruction should appear on the screen for you to follow. The following links explains the setup procedure and troubleshooting.
