You also need to make sure the WiFi setting is disabled on the device when Ethernet is plugged in otherwise it tends to default over back to WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the sky streaming platform isn't like most devices that are capable of dealing with WiFi signals that get weaker and have occasional dropouts as the devices must constantly be connected to Skys servers in order to function and need to always have a minimum download speed of at least 30 Mbps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
