Already setup new sky stream but remote is not connected with tv

@Zaira5 If the remote is not working at all then take the back off the remote (it can be very stiff) and check that the paper tab didn't break when you removed it. This is quite common and it tends to leave a bit between the batteries and the contacts.

Try pairing it again as follows

Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode). A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.

If it is working the stream puck but won't control the on/off and volume of the TV you will need to go to settings > connected devices and set it up to control the TV from there.
