Sky Stream Keep Getting Errors

Hi, i have just got Sky Stream and have set it all up. I cannot get the Paramount+ to work, i click on it and then press get Paramount+ and i get the error: MYSKY_2998

I have tried using this guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus and when i click on MySky and then Sky Shop or My Products i get another error similar to MYSKY_2998

Can anyone tell me what is wrong.

You could try rebooting the puck by turning it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds and see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply.

Still the same issue, i also get error code MYSKY_1998 when i try and go to MySky, SkyShop and My Products. I can't do anything.

I've been struggling with the same problem for almost a week now and no-one at Sky can help me to resolve it.

Hi,

Yes i managed to get it all working. All i did was unplug last night when i wasn't using it, plugged it back in this morning and everything is now working and i can signup to Discovery+ and Paramount+ now for free as it wouldn't do it last night.

I would suggest unplugging in for a little while and try again, it did the trick for me.
