This issue is almost a constant with my Sky puck now and almost at the point of asking for money back on subsciption.
- main TV in house works fine. Tv in office is the issue.
- connected via ethernet cable which has been changed to see if that was the issue.

- download speeds on wifi range from 70mb to around 600mbs so ethernet connection much faster via ethernet

- have done multiple speed checkers while issue occurs and no issue on line speeds or ping times.

- tv in house turned off and no other internet device being used when issue occurs so not overloading the usage.
is there anything that can be done to fix the problem or is this just a known consistent problem with Sky glass pucks?

@Grahamb2 You have mentioned you are connected via Ethernet so have you also diabled WiFi in the pucks settings. These devices tend to default over to WiFi if it's enabled even if Ethernet is connected. I'd suggest disable the WiFi then reboot the puck by unplugging it for a minute.
