They're trash - really, really not good. Try giving it a twist with a firm grip as if wringing out a cloth. This can sometimes spark them back into life, if only temporarily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try turning the puck off at the wall for at least 10 minutes then power it back on. A full reboot can sometimes sort them out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the remote is lighting up and has power, try repairing it via the instructions here: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's it's completely dead you can get a replacement from Sky as the rent the puck to you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If none of these options work you can request a replacement remote via this link: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have an old Sky Q remote, you can use that as an interim solution whilst you await the new remote.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
