      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my sky broadband and stream to activated today. When setting up my stream TV I follow the on line instructions but it continually states cannot link to your account. I have two stream pucks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky customer services.
