      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky stream loads the Apple TV+ app and I can manoeuvre round within the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I select a program however it starts to load and then almost immediately just chucks me out and turns off &amp;nbsp;the stream puck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have to reset the puck and turn power off and on to get back in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am connected by Ethernet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apple TV works fine through Fire stick connected wirelessly. !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem has now extended to Amazon Prime Video.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;App loads. Program selected ( in this instance Reacher) and pick crashes / turns off. Leaving TV saying please select an input source. Only rebooting pick will get Sky Home Screen back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was this issue ever resolved? I recently got the streaming puck for upstairs, I already have sky glass downstairs and have had nothing but problems with it. Can't access Apple tv+, all my programmes are not in my plalist, mainly ITV ones and if I search for a programme for example Coronation Street it says there are currently no programmes of this type available. I have tried the app refresh twice now and there is no difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I gave up with mine and cancelled because little annoying issues like this just kept recurring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently activated &amp;nbsp;a free Apple plus subscription from my bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged on to apple &amp;nbsp;tv on my Sky stream service which is connected to a Sony OLED tv via a high quality HDMI cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can open the Apple app and play the trailers for any programme. However when I select an episode the programme starts to load then I get a message on the tv saying that there is no&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;input and the screen remains blank. This also locks the Stream box and I have to reboot it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated all the apps,, reset the Stream box and logged out and back into my Apple account on Sky. &amp;nbsp;I have also tried SD playback and restarted the BT modem which works perfectly on everything else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The App +tv works perfectly on my iMac and I Pad so it is not an account related issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed a chat conversation with Apple and they think it is a Sky issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody got any ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is not limited just to Apple, it's also on Disney+.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had 3 different Pucks, and multiple hrad resets, Erthernet/WiFi combinations and conversations with the Sky supprt... nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The suggestion is now to wait for the Stream Update 7 which should be out early Feb.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appaling support from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem exactly with Apple TV - I found that my issue was caused by the default picture setting resolution at 2160p - my set supports it but Apple TV can't play at this resolution I think so it locks up my Puck. &amp;nbsp;Changing it to 1080p solved the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
