&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or&amp;nbsp; in the case of Sattellite TV a Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;

Hopefully this time the software update will then take place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not uncommon for these devices to get a bit stuck during initial setup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
