      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you please help me out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've entered the wrong installation puck pin code 3 times because the instructions said the last 4 digits of my phone number and I had a bit of a fuzzy brain moment and forgot that I had changed it on my sky glass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to completely reset the puck to factory settings and start again or have I got to contact sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zac&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2857655"&gt;@Zacnchelle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can try the following and it should reset the puck and force you to start the setup from the beginning again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Turn the puck off at the plug.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Turn over the puck and hold down the power/standby button.&lt;BR /&gt;3. keep hold of&amp;nbsp;the power button and turn the plug back on.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
