Where do I find activation code for sky puck

Got Sky Stream and puck. Tried to activate puck on My Sky app, however don't have and don't know where to get activation code. On TV when go through set up it gets to point where it cannot find account., presumably as puck to activated. Tried many times and very frustrated. Any help welcome

The 6 digit activation code appears on the screen. On the screen it will also display a QR code and give a link you go to, where you sign in to your Sky account and then enter the 6 digit code. So you need a mobile device or computer to complete the linking between your puck and your Sky account.

you could unplugging the puck for a few minutes and see if that helps.

you don't activate it via the My Sky app.

Thanks I'll try that, however don't know why it's not come up on the screen the number of times I've tried it. Might need to try another puck
