@Ajr1993 if you haven't tried this already, try unplugging the sky stream for a couple of minutes and plug it back in and see if then allows you to link the account.

If that doesn't work try a reset

1. Turn the puck off at the plug.
2. Turn over the puck and hold down the power/standby button.
3. keep hold of the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go.

Same message unfortunately, We're unable to link your account. It's best if you try this again, but if you already have and you've seen this message a few times, you can link your account later on. I have tried skip & link later on but it just starts the sme process after the next page.

I had the same issue but after a few failed attempts I followed Mark's instructions which forced a software update and then was able to link my account.

Thankyou for your help, don't think I held the standby button for long enough, it did an update and now works

Yeah the initial setup is prone to getting stuck unfortunately, so whilst for some customers its a case of just plug it in and follow the instructions, there are plenty that have to do the reset to get the setup to complete.
