      <title>Purchases unable to download due to insufficient space on device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have some purchased films, going on holiday so want to download them to my ipad to watch while away. &amp;nbsp;Downloaded sky store app and am able to watch them through that but when i try to download them it says that there is insufficient space on my device. &amp;nbsp;To download the HD version is 3.4gb and when ive looked at ipad storage is shows that i have over 40gb free space so can't work out why it won't download. I'vetried downloading the SD version too but this also fails&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem but managed to solve. It seems the message about storage space is misleading - it's actually a permissions issue. To fix it, uninstall the app then reinstall it. When you have entered your username and password the app will ask a number of permission-related questions. Respond "yes" to all of them i.e. grant all of the permissions it requests. After I did this I was able to download films successfully. I hope this works for everyone else!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
