I have just tied to download for free with my Sky VIP Diamond Customer offer. I have just downloaded Toystory 5 I need to know that I have got it free and that I havent paid for it as it didnt ask me for any codes.

We are customers here so what we can say is that price showed as being £0.00 when you ordered it and your confirmation email also shows this then there will be no charge for it.

I have just got a free movie on the vip offer, however I find it strange that it's free if you select " Buy & keep" but if you just want to rent it is still charges you for it. I thought it would be the other way round as the "buy & keep" is better deal as you can watch the film as many times as your want for long as you want but renting you only have a limited time to watch and probably only watch once.

If you look on next future bill in my sky app, like. I did. It will show in there showing £0.00 against it
