I bought a new tv

loaded the sky store app

it did not work

do I re loaded

now it says I have 4 devices

as my tv and I pad are only 2

the AI that runs everything is rubbish

nothing can be done

I've tried

they can't do anything

never buy a film on sky store is today's lesson

Presumably your TV is an LG and shows as one of your devices.

when you sign in and look here, do you see 4 different devices ?

Do you see options to change 1 device this month ?

It's now showing a 1100 error code

I'll put it down that the film are lost

too much time has been wasted
