Dissapointed - Sky Store not showing or downloading - I purchesed film on (13.99) on the 4th as I had ny son visiting on the 5/6th - film I purchased did not appear in Store at all - tried contacting but could get no reply. Son gone back top Uni now so purchase not wanted maybe you can refund - was dissapointed as he so wanted to watch it at the weekend - not good:

Was this a rental or but and keep film you purchased and not what device did you do this on and finally what device did you want to watch it on.

The reason for these questions is because with rental it can only be viewed on the device it was rented on.

It was a purchase on my Sky Q box - actually purchased 2 films only one came through
